Other important information about my sessions

Skype/email/telephone coaching

Sessions conducted by Skype, Zoom, telephone or email are charged at the same rate as face to face sessions.

Payment

If you are attending face-to-face sessions, payment in cash may be made at the beginning of the session.
Payment by bank transfer must be made the day prior to a session or BACS payment can be made on the same day.
Please ask if you wish to make payment using some other method.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel a consultation, you may do so without charge by emailing or telephoning at least 48 hours before the time for which the session is booked. Otherwise £20 will be charged for late cancellations.
